There is slight discoloration on the top of the outer case.
Overall, there are some signs of use, but it is in good condition.
All CDs are unopened, but there is a slight rattling sound from the case, so the CD discs may be slightly out of place.
(This is a common occurrence with 3-4 disc cases)
The legendary "Uchi-no-saka no gei" (art of the uphill climb) from the 1950s is revived.
This set includes 16 CDs and a book. The CDs contain 23 performances from Enjo's solo performance at Ningyocho Suehiro. All of them are the first CD releases from tapes recorded by Enjo himself, uncut, and 9 of them are the first commercial releases. Mastering by Shun'ichi Kusayanagi. The book includes testimonies from Susumu Yamamoto, Ichiro Shimizu, Takehiro Hodata, and Sansan Yanagiya, who all attended the solo performance and admire Enjo's art.
Enjo poured everything into this solo performance, performing one masterpiece after another. One day, in front of a packed audience, Enjo finished a masterpiece after more than an hour, and the back of the box seats was empty, revealing the tatami floor. The audience was so captivated by Enjo's power that they unconsciously inched closer to the stage. It is said that "gei is to be heard on the uphill climb," and this Enjo solo performance is arguably the best "uchi-no-saka no gei" of the postwar era.
Enjo's true artistry, as he climbs to the peak of mastery, is vividly revived.
