Vintage Lisa Frank Fantasea Castle Dolphin ocean, sea shells, (3 ring) binder / trapper keeper. Original price tag from Eckerd on the back. The price is only for the binder.
This is in fair/ poor condition for the age of the item. It has a lot of scratches and places where the cardboard is showing instead of the design. There are a lot of bends in the binder. There are places the plastic design cover is bubbling up to come off. The inside purple design is very rubbed and not in good condition.
