Rare set of 6 eggshell porcelain plates are a stunning testament to Japanese craftsmanship, featuring three beautifully hand-painted scenes of Japanese life, each highlighted with delicate gold gilt. Approximately 8.45" in diameter and 1.1" tall. In very good vintage condition overall with minor wear commensurate with age. Tiny chip around edge on some of the plates as pictured.
