This is a beautiful handmade quilt jacket made with a vintage patchwork quilt that was hand-pieced, hand-tied, and its binding was hand-sewn. The backing on this quilt is the lining of the jacket and is a colorful floral pattern! This is a light weight garment (a layer of fabric was used as the batting). . . perfect for year round.
The old feedsack quilt used for this vintage item was in exceptionally good condition for its age and extremely soft.
