Emerson USA (model 1) SN B52097 also plays from top to bottom with very weak low C. A service is needed to bring it to top playing condition. Beautiful tone and has a lot of potential. You can hear in the demo video where it's difficult to play low C. I am not able to tell exactly what it needs so please look at the photos and share with your tech.
