Handsome collection of five antique law books, all bound in full leather with red spine labels. Four of the five are bound in full leather, the fifth is three-quarter leather over black cloth. Included in this collection are two volumes of the Code of Public Instruction of New York from 1856, Manual of Law and Business Forms from 1896, Assessor and Town Clerk Manual from 1895 and Volume Three of the Laws of New York from 1915. Overall condition is fair: leather bindings show scuffing and wear, some chipping and peeling. Bindings are worn, some hinges loose. Text blocks are generally clean, some soil and foxing.
