Extremely Rare: Daiichi Pharmaceutical Novelty Talivid Puzzle (T-Puzzle) with Box & Case

This is a promotional item (novelty item) from Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a Tarivid puzzle.

It seems to be a play on the "T" of the T-puzzle, a classic shape puzzle (silhouette puzzle), and the "T" of Tarivid Otic Solution (Tarivid).

It has been stored for many years in the medicine box of my parents' house's over-the-counter medicine (placement medicine). I think it's been there since I was a child, so it's been at least 30 years. No matter how much I search, I can't find any information about it, so I think it's an extremely rare item that's hard to come by.

【Condition】
There are minor signs of use and age-related deterioration due to storage. The outer box has scratches and damage such as tears (see photos).

【How to Play】
The storage case says "Can you make the Tarivid T?", but you can also play it as a regular T-puzzle, so you can make a wide variety of shapes other than "T". A sticker with the correct answer is affixed to the back of the case (photo 3).
