Alice Caviness Sterling Silver Enamel Marcasite parrot bird vintage Brooch Pin. Good used condition with little signs of normal wear. Great patina present. No missing stones. Enamel shows some signs of wear. There is slight amount missing along the edges. Please see pictures for full details. . Stamped Sterling on the back side behind the tail feathers. . This is one of the more elaborate rooster brooches with marcasite feathers in the tail. This unsigned beauty is attributed to Alice Caviness and was pulled from a lot of brooches from the same designer.

Acid tests positive for sterling silver.

Brooch measures 1 and 3/8ths of an inch tall and 5/8ths of an inch wide.
