Lovely creamy off white crepe fabric delicately layered under cream netting with sequin swirls on top and all around. Quality construction. Perfect touch of 1950s/1960s glamor for an event or cocktail party. Could easily be worn pinned into your hair. Looks great worn on a tilt.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Fabric has some ripples but I think it looks great! Does have some natural signs of age.
Measurement: About 21.5" circumference, 3" high.
